- Preheat your oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C). Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan or line it with parchment paper.
- Mash bananas in a large bowl until mostly smooth.
- Stir in melted butter, sugar, egg, and vanilla. Mix until fully combined.
- Add baking soda and salt, then gently stir in the flour. Mix just until no dry streaks remain β donβt overmix!
- Fold in any extras like nuts or chocolate chips.
- Pour batter into your prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 50β60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to finish cooling. Slice and enjoy!
